Compliance Beacon retains ownership of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Compliance Beacon Product/Material/Content, including any data, technical information and know-how provided to Customer. Customer agrees that s/he must obtain Compliance Beacon’ prior written consent before it.
- Copy any of Compliance Beacon material
- use any recording equipment (including, but not limited to, audio recorders, video recorders, and cameras) during the audio conference or Compliance Beacon. use Compliance Beacon trademarks, trade names, logo or other designations in any promotion or publication. The term Compliance Beacon Material/Product shall mean to include all products/materials that you purchase from Compliance Beacon Websites and/or al information you get access to upon purchase of those products/materials.
Subject to payment of respective Compliance Beacon Product/Material/Content fee, Compliance Beacon will grant to each of Customer
- A non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and
- A non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all Compliance Beacon Material/Product.
Compliance Beacon Material/Product shall not be used for commercial purposes nor shall be exploited to create derivative work. To understand the complete usage terms or if you have specific query regarding usage of Compliance Beacon Material/Product.
