Our Order Fulfillment Process
- If you registered for an upcoming live Compliance Beacon: Dial-in instructions will be available in your account dashboard 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
- If you registered for Broadcasts/on-demand/digital download/PDF Transcript, you’ll be sent email links instantly or 24 hours prior to the broadcast date. Also, E-transcripts are mailed to your email. Please remember, E-transcripts are fulfilled 15 days after the session is conducted.
- If you purchased a DVD recording, your order will be shipped within 15 working days following your purchase date or the Compliance Beacon schedule date whichever falls later.
Subject to payment of respective Compliance Beacon Product/Material/Content fee, Compliance Beacon will grant to each of Customer
