Annual and Interim Recertifications are at the heart of HUD Multifamily compliance, but they’re also some of the most common areas where owners and agents stumble. This interactive training session breaks down the certification process step by step, from tenant notices and interviews to verification, documentation, and TRACS submissions. Attendees will walk away with a clear roadmap for ensuring certifications are completed on time, accurately processed, and fully compliant with HUD Handbook 4350.3 requirements.
Through real-world examples and practical compliance tips, this webinar explores both the technical and human sides of certifications. You’ll learn how to avoid common errors that lead to findings, repayment agreements, or even subsidy termination, and how to streamline the process with best practices that keep your team organized, your files audit-ready, and your tenants properly informed.
