Remembering that fair housing compliance is a function of the impact, and not the intent, of our words and actions, it is critical to examine all advertising and marketing materials, programs, and campaigns to make certain that we do not unintentionally violate the fair housing act. Everything we do - inbound or outbound phone and email campaigns, social media, websites, print materials, outreach programs, resident referral scripts – and every vendor we employ must be in compliance.
